Delivery Policy

Singapore Island-Wide Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our Kaki Bukit warehouse within 1 business day. Standard delivery across Singapore takes 1–3 business days. Free delivery on all orders of 2 tubs or more. Orders of 1 tub incur a delivery fee shown at checkout.

International Delivery

We deliver to Malaysia, Indonesia, and selected international destinations. Delivery times are 5–10 business days. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours. Track your parcel via our courier partner's website or app.

Parcel Insurance

Optional parcel insurance (S$6) covers your order against loss or damage in transit. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace or fully refund it at no additional cost.

Restricted Areas

We deliver to all residential and commercial addresses in Singapore including HDB, condominiums, landed properties and Sentosa. We do not deliver to Jurong Island, Pulau Tekong or other restricted military zones.
